Shipping policy

The countries we currently ship to are shown at checkout. If yours isn't listed, we can't deliver there yet.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 working days, then take 7 to 14 working days in transit.

Cost, duties and taxes

Delivery is free across the EU. Duties and taxes are included in the price — you will not be asked for anything further on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch. That's normal.

If your order is late

Delays happen. Customs checks, carrier backlogs and bad weather sit outside our control and are a normal part of international shipping, so an order arriving toward the later end of the window isn't unusual.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
