Who we are

This website is operated by Rua Collection. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Rua", that's who they mean.

You can reach us any time at help@ruacollection.com or through our contact page. That is also where to send any complaint.

Using this site

By browsing or ordering from ruacollection.com you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract between us comes into effect when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched — not when you pay. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been an obvious pricing or description error.

Before you pay you can review your basket and change or remove anything in it. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched.

Prices and product information

Prices are in euro and include duties and taxes. Delivery is free across the EU.

We take care to describe and give photographs of products accurately, but colours vary between screens and measurements can differ slightly between pieces. An obvious error in a price or description does not oblige us to sell at that price — we'll contact you and you can confirm or cancel.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery timescales are set out on our Delivery page. Your right to cancel and how refunds work are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Content on this site

The text, images and design of this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms and your order are concluded in English. We'll email you a confirmation of your order, which is your record of it — we don't keep a separately filed copy you can access.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
